Miss Alysha - Studio Teacher
Ballet
Miss Alysha started dancing when she was 5 years old and quickly developed a passion for Ballet. Her early training began at Classical Coaching Australia and Brisbane City Youth Ballet. And then she finished her ballet training with the Hamburg ballet school and Pre Professional Program, and Queensland Ballet Academy. She has also trained at the Australian ballet school ITP.
Miss Alysha has a Certificate II and III in Dance and completed Intermediate and Advanced 1 in RAD exams and a week of training at the Royal Ballet School with Miss Anita Young, as well as one class with the Paris Opera Ballet School.
Alysha has also performed and taken classes with the Bolshoi ballet school in Russia.
Miss Alysha was the youngest female Finalist of the Prix De Lausanne International Ballet Competition in 2013 and youngest female to make Top 12 in the Youth America Grand Prix.
She has toured and performed with the Hamburg ballet company and was offered a contract with the Het/Dutch National Ballet for Giselle season.
Alysha moved back to Australia and joined the Queensland Ballet for a one year contract, and has now been freelance Ballet Coaching around the Sunshine Coast with Amethyst dance studios, En Pointe Classical Coaching, SJ Dance Studios, ABDS, Masterpiece Dance and Elite Dance Institute.
