Owner & General Manager

Lewis works alongside Sarah as a husband and wife team, overseeing the management and continued growth of Masterpiece Dance.

His role spans business operations, marketing and advertising, strategic partnerships, finance, payroll, HR and administration, as well as event planning and management. While much of his work happens behind the scenes, Lewis plays an important role in keeping the studio running smoothly and supporting Sarah and the wider Masterpiece team.

Together, Sarah and Lewis balance running Masterpiece with raising their four children and are passionate about continuing to build a strong, sustainable and community-focused studio.
